Where we ship
We deliver across Canada, and internationally where available at checkout. Delivery times depend on the production schedule you select and the destination.
Production and delivery
Lead times shown in the product configurator are estimates and include production. Transit time to Canadian addresses is typically additional after goods leave our facility. Weekends and public holidays may affect calendars.
Free / standard shipping
Qualifying orders may include free standard shipping as shown at checkout. Rush or upgraded delivery options may attract an extra charge.
Duties and taxes
Orders delivered within Canada are shipped with duties and taxes covered by us — you will not be asked to pay additional import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees on delivery. For other international destinations, any import charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Tracking
When a tracking number is available we will share it by email. If a parcel appears delayed, contact us with your order number and we will help investigate.
