This Privacy Policy explains how Your Logo Keychains (“we”, “us”, “our”), trading via yourlogokeychains.ca, collects, uses and protects personal information when you use our website and services.

1. What we collect

• Identity and contact data — name, email, phone (if provided), company, shipping and billing address
• Order and payment-related data — order contents, amounts, PayPal transaction references (we do not store full card numbers)
• Account or enquiry data — if you contact us, request a quote, free mockup, or partner/wholesale inquiry
• Technical and usage data — IP address via hosting/CDN, browser type, pages viewed
• Marketing preferences — if you subscribe to our emails

2. Cookies and similar technologies

We use necessary cookies and local storage so the shop can run (cart, checkout and security). These are always on.

We also use analytics and advertising technologies to understand how our site is used and to measure our advertising. Today these are Google Analytics 4 and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, together with server-side conversion reporting to Meta. For this non-sensitive measurement we rely on your implied consent under PIPEDA, and we set it out here so that you can make an informed choice.

How to opt out. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings at any time. You can also turn off personalised advertising with the providers directly: Meta (Accounts Centre, then Ad preferences), Google (My Ad Center), and the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. If you would rather we excluded your visits from analytics and advertising measurement, email sales@yourlogokeychains.ca and we will action it for you.

3. How we use information

• To process orders, proofs, delivery and customer support
• To secure the site, prevent fraud and improve our services
• To send order-related messages; marketing emails only if you subscribed (you can unsubscribe anytime)
• To meet legal or accounting record-keeping needs that apply to us

4. Sharing

We may share data with service providers who help us operate the shop, including payment (PayPal), email delivery, hosting/CDN (e.g. Cloudflare), and analytics providers when used. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Storage and cross-border processing

We are a company based in the United States and we use global service providers, so information may be stored or processed outside Canada. We take reasonable steps to ensure recipients handle personal information appropriately and consistently with this policy.

6. Retention

We keep order and enquiry records as long as needed for the contract, disputes and legal/accounting requirements. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.

7. Access, correction and complaints
